The beds were super comfy and we had a blast exploring Hanoi with our friends. We caught a show at the Vietnamese National Tuong Theatre and it was mind-blowing! The traditional Vietnamese performance had us on the edge of our seats. We also visited the Vietnam Women's Museum and learned so much about the incredible women who shaped the country's history. Such cultural highlights!
The only thing we wished for was a better party scene for young people like us. While the hotel was amazing, we were hoping for some more nightlife options in the area.

Great value for money. Convenient location, close to shops and restaurants, with the city center just a short walk away. The room was clean and well-equipped, and the bathroom was spacious and clean. The breakfast offered a variety of options and was delicious.
The room looked slightly worn out compared to the pictures. The bathroom walls were made of matte glass, which may not be comfortable for everyone.

We appreciated their attention to detail and the effort they put into organising transportation for us. The breakfast options were exceptional and served very well.
Nothing to mention.

Tom, the staff member, was absolutely amazing and assisted us in arranging both the room and an incredible tour package to Ha Giang, Sapa, and Ha Long. We were extremely happy with the room and found it to be a great deal compared to others. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and the staff at the hotel were friendly, helpful, and had good English. The hotel's location was extremely convenient, with many restaurants, cafes, and shops in the vicinity. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was strong. We felt safe with the provided safe in our room. The check-in process was fast and efficient, and the staff even provided airport pickup for us. The room and bathroom were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with basic amenities. The hotel also offered additional services such as free Wi-Fi in public areas, off-site car park, luggage storage, locker room, 24-hour reception. In-room breakfast and children's buffet were available, and cots were provided. The hotel had air conditioning and non-smoking rooms.

We stayed down an alley near the church and the hotel was right next to it, which was handy. There were stores and restaurants nearby which was convenient. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. the staff was friendly and helpful. We had a good breakfast with small variety but enough. the tour guides recommended by the hotel were amazing and really enthusiastic.
The room walls were a bit stained, but nothing too serious.

Mr Tom, an amazing staff member, helped me arrange the room and a tour to Ha Giang, Sapa, and Ha Long Bay. the room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. the breakfast in the morning was delicious, and the staff, like Fiona from the restaurant and Liza from the reception, were warm and welcoming. I also booked a Ha Long Bay tour and a street food tour, where our guide Bach was enthusiastic and provided an amazing experience. Cons: Can't think of anything 😊.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, right in the heart of the city. the breakfast had a lot of diversity and was very good. the staff was welcoming and helpful in addressing our concerns.
The maintenance of the building could be better as we had hot water issues in our room. It might not be suitable for people with limited mobility due to the lack of an elevator.
